Provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 7 days. Bookings become firm when you have paid a deposit of 25% of the full amount payable for the accommodation and sent us a completed a Booking Form. Balances for all bookings are payable in full at the latest 6 weeks prior to your holiday
1.Cancellation of a confirmed Booking must be sent to us in writing. Where cancellation is more than a month before the booked dates the 25% Booking deposit is forfeited. If accommodation is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the booked dates the full balance is payable. You are therefore strongly advised to insure against cancellation.
2. Bookings run from 4pm on the day of your arrival until 10am on the day of your departure. You are respectfully requested to ensure that you arrive and leave on time to allow for servicing of the cottage.
3. Although the cottage is fully serviced between lets visitors are expected to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness as when they arrived.
4. Breakages /Soiled items must be reported to us immediately and charges may be made.
5. Extra Sleepers not permitted (babies in cots excepted).
